Western Diamondback Rattlesnake (Crotalus atrox). Originally made for the 2018 Paris Science Museum’s (Palais de la Découverte) Poison Exhibition about venom and venomous animals, this Bronze edition has the strength to allow for the tail to be upright and free of the body in perfect “warning” position. Uncoiled, this large snake would measure 60 inches (152.4cm) long from the tip of its nose to the end of its tail, plus the length of the 18 rattle segments.
